StereoVision Imaging, Inc. develops and commercializes
advanced 3D imaging technology. StereoVision’s patented products
and technology can be used for a variety of applications including
3D image capturing of outdoor and sporting events to 3D security
and surveillance, 3D content acquisition for integration into 3D
software applications, to object and facial recognition.
Now
for the first time, users can capture magnified 3D images from
up-close or at a far distance. When combined with StereoVision’s
3D facial recognition algorithms, security personnel can match
images captured at international borders and stadiums against
"most wanted" databases. Commercial users can view,
integrate, and manipulate 3D images into CAD/CAM and 3D interactive
visualization environments. StereoVision Imaging was founded in
2000 and is located in Altadena, California.
