Return Material Authorization (RMA) Procedure

1. An RMA number must be obtained from StereoVision Imaging (SVI) prior to returning any product(s).
   
2. RMA product(s) are to be returned with the following information:

RMA Number, Customer Name, Company or Agency, Shipping Address, Phone Number, Email, Product Serial Number, and Description of the Problem(s) Experienced.
   
3. To assist our customers with this process, you may use our online RMA Request Form. Your RMA number will be sent to you via email.
   
4. All RMA shipments to SVI must be sent prepaid, with the RMA number clearly marked on the label or box.
   
5. When making inquiries, please refer to your RMA number.
   
6. Customers will be notified of cost to repair the product(s) within five business days after receipt.
   
7. A check or money order in the amount of $15 to cover the cost of inspection and handling must be included.
   
8. Repaired products will be shipped from our location within 15 business days.
