An RMA number must be obtained
from StereoVision Imaging (SVI) prior to returning any
product(s). |

RMA product(s) are to be returned with
the following information:
RMA Number, Customer Name, Company or Agency, Shipping
Address, Phone Number, Email, Product Serial Number,
and Description of the Problem(s) Experienced. |

To assist our customers with this process,
you may use our online RMA
Request Form. Your RMA number will
be sent to you via email. |

| 4. |
All RMA shipments to SVI must be sent
prepaid, with the RMA number clearly marked on the label
or box. |

| 5. |
When making inquiries, please refer to
your RMA number. |
| |
|
| 6. |
Customers will be notified of cost to
repair the product(s) within five business days after
receipt. |
| |
|
| 7. |
A check or money order in the amount of
$15 to cover the cost of inspection and handling must
be included. |
| |
|
| 8. |
Repaired products will be shipped from
our location within 15 business days. |
